Tomansa presented project-related work at the Pan-Hellenic Conference on Progress in Computing and Informatics, held from 24 to 26 April 2026 at the University of West Attica in Athens, Greece.
The presentation, entitled “AI as a pedagogical design partner: New trends in learning design tools beyond automated lesson planning”, was delivered by G. Lambropoulos and S. Retalis et al. It explored new developments in AI-supported learning design tools, highlighting the potential of Artificial Intelligence to act not simply as an automation tool, but as a pedagogical design partner.
The dissemination activity targeted researchers, university professors in computer engineering, policy makers, education authorities, and stakeholders from the education industry. Approximately 60 participants were reached at national level.
The presentation helped increase awareness of the project’s approach and contributed to discussions on how AI can support more creative, flexible, and pedagogically informed educational design.
